The future of Juan Mata, in the air

Seven years after his arrival at Manchester United, Juan Mata is unclear about his future at the club. While the Spanish will turn 33 in April, the Uruguayan will be 34 this Sunday. On the field, however, life is different: Mata has only started four games this season and has not entered any of the last four calls. while Cavani has already scored seven goals, removed Martial from the title and gained recognition in just a few months since his arrival.

This is how Solskjaer explained the situation of Juan Mata: “You all know the quality he has. If he plays he scores goals and contributes. But there are other players who also have their role, for example. Greenwood has done well in that position and now Pogba is doing it,” explained the Norwegian.
