The friends who support Cari Lapique in the farewell to Carlos Goyanes

The death of Carlos Goyanes this Wednesday at the age of 79 while he was sleeping at his residence in Marbella has left his family completely devastated. Dejected, in strict mourning and unable to hold back their tears, we saw his widow, Cari Lapique, and his two daughters, Caritina and Carla Goyanes, arrive at the San Pedro de Alcántara funeral home to say their final farewell to the producer in the strictest privacy accompanied by their loved ones.

In addition, there have been many friends and well-known faces who have supported the family in this very difficult time. María Zurita, Ana Botella, Rafa Medina, José María García with his son Luis García Fraile, Olivia de Borbón and Julián Porras, Maribel Yébenes and her daughter Myriam, or Pedro Trapote and Begoña García Vaquero, were some of the well-known faces who came to the funeral home this Wednesday afternoon.

Inés Domecq, with her husband Javier Martínez de Irujo; Rosauro Varo without Amaia Salamanca; and Isabelle Junot and Álvaro Falcó, accompanied by the couple formed by Alonso Aznar and his fiancée Renata Collado, also accompanied the family in these painful moments.

A close friend of Cari, Nuria González arrived at the funeral home very upset to be by the socialite’s side after the death of her husband. A blow that she suffered just 9 months ago with the death of Fernando Fernández-Tapias, from which she is still recovering.

Very close to the Goyanes Lapique family, Pepe Barroso attended the funeral with his mother and one of his sons, Felipe; and minutes later it was his ex-wife Mónica Silva who made her appearance with her sons Jaime and Pepe Barroso Jr., and her daughter-in-law Gara Arias.

After a long day at the funeral home, where displays of affection were constant and wreaths of flowers sent by family friends were a constant stream, a devastated Cari Lapique, almost without strength, left the funeral chapel with her daughter Carla and her son-in-law Jorge Benguría, thanking the media for their support at this painful time.

Shortly afterwards, it was the businessman’s eldest daughter, Caritina, who, unable to hold back her tears, although trying to show her fortitude, supported by her husband Antonio Matos and a friend, left the place after saying her last goodbye to her father, with whom she always boasted of a wonderful and special relationship.
