The Formula 1 Australian GP will remain on the calendar until 2035

Formula 1 has extended its agreement with Melbourne so that the Australian Grand Prix will be held at the Albert Park circuit for at least another ten years, until 2035, with the news that Formula 2 and Formula 3 will join the venue for the first time. once in 2023, according to a statement this Thursday.

We are proud of our strong relationship with Formula 1 and together we will grow the sport in Australia,” he said.

Finally, the Minister of Tourism and Sports of Australia, Martin Pakula, highlighted the numbers of fans during this season, which shows “how important” this event is for the country’s economy. “And that is why we have agreed to the longest renewal for the race since it was run in Melbourne,” he settled.
