The former Director of Communication of the Board Luis Barcenilla has died last morning at age 61, victim of an illness.

Born in the town of Tabanera de Cerrato in Palencia, Barcenilla was in charge of the Communication Department of the Board under the presidency of Juan José Lucas, with whom he also worked when the Sorian politician was in charge of the Ministry of the Presidency and the Senate.
