The Spanish Federation is one of those who are against holding a World Cup every two years. There is no official position on this, but the truth is that Luis Rubiales, President of the Federation, he has already let FIFA know that he is against it, according to RFEF sources explained to Mundo Deportivo. He did it at the meeting that FIFA had with the Federations.
