The eleven of day 13 of LaLiga SmartBank

The thirteenth LaLiga SmartBank matchday had eleven protagonists that we detail below. Borja Bastón (Oviedo) stood out with a double, Sashoua (Tenerife) scored one and gave two. Stuani (Girona) scored to give his team three points in the 96th minute. Amir (Ponferradina) was the best goalkeeper of the day.

Goalie

Amir (Ponferradina)

Ponferradina won again after six days of drought. And he did it thanks, among other things, to the good performance of Amir. The Iranian goalkeeper was a wall against Cartagena, with three good saves. To highlight one in which he slapped a shot from Álex Gallar for a corner.

Defenses

Bogdan (Sporting)

Not that Bogdan is a goal-scoring player. In fact, the last goal in the league was with Sporting B, three years ago. And anyone would say it seeing the coldness that he showed against Lugo, first to control within the area and then to put it in the squad to save a point against Lugo.

The Yamiq (Valladolid)

The Yamiq, like Bogdan, bases its work more on defense than on attack. However, against Eibar he retaliated with a powerful header from a corner, to put the 1-0 on the scoreboard against Eibar. The Moroccan entered with everything.

Rubén (Ibiza)

Rubén released his scoring account of the season at the expense of an Alcorcón that sinks in the table. The defender headed a ball out of a corner that was flying over everyone; and that, despite the patting of Dani Jiménez, he ended up entering the goal.

Midfielders

Agus Medina (Ponferradina)

As we said before, Ponferradina ended its drought of victories by beating Cartagena. Agus Medina was the author of the only goal and ¡Go tanto! The Catalan got a ball in three quarters, advanced and took a whip with his right leg that got close to the left post of Marc Martínez’s goal.

Roger Brugué (Mirandés)

Roger Brugué took to the field in savior mode. The player, on loan from Levante, had only been on the pitch for nine minutes when he scored the tying goal for Romareda. He was quick to take advantage of a rebound inside the area and after turning, beat Cristian Álvarez.

Chris Ramos (Lugo)

Chris Ramos scored the momentary 1-0 against Lugo with a rogue goal. He first beat his defender’s back on a deep ball; and then, he poked her over Mariño before scoring. It is his second goal of the season.

Alex Bermejo (Tenerife)

It was smelled that Bermejo could have his day against Burgos. He warned first with a shot to the crossbar from inside the area and the second he did not miss: he stumbled dribbled alongside him (it must be said, efficiently) and beat Alfonso Herrero.

Forwards

Stuani (Girona): Construction works

The inclusion of Stuani in the eleven of this day may surprise, but the truth is that his goal, although not very showy, was fundamental for his team. The Uruguayan has been scoring so many in extremis for two days in a row that they are worth points (against Zaragoza he tied in 87 ‘).

Shashoua (Tenerife)

The Englishman had been dry for three days and I was already looking forward to seeing him again in these parts. Against Burgos he retaliated with a goal and two assists. Meanwhile, the ball went under the legs of two players before entering, but when you are sweet, everything comes out.

Borja Bastón (Oviedo)

Borja Van Bastón is imperial. We cannot define it any other way. The striker made a double against Málaga (the second came in the 90th minute) and has already scored five goals in the last four games. Both goals came with headers.
