The Dutchman Danny Makkelie will referee the return of Sevilla-Juventus in the Europa League

MADRID, 16 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Dutch referee Danny Makkelie has been appointed by UEFA to direct this Thursday at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium (9:00 p.m.) the second leg of the semifinals of the Europa League 2022-2023 between Sevilla and the Italian Juventus.

The 40-year-old referee, with a lot of experience, but who will debut this season in the second continental competition, whistled the Sevilla team for the last time in the 2-3 defeat against German Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League 20-21.
