The charges against the brother of Patrick Mahomes have been dropped.

The first charges declared that crime happened on February 25 within the Aspens Restaurant and the Lounge in Overland Park, Kansas, within the city of Kansas City.

Jackson Mahomes is 23 years old and famous on social media. The cops say Mahomes hit a maid who tried to get into a room while he was with the restaurant’s owner, Aspen Vaughn.

The waiter left, and Mahomes is said to have grabbed Vaughn from the throat and smacked her and her numerous times without her approval.

Vaughn told the police That woman liked her sister, but the girl had been there previously and caused trouble, so they told her to leave.

Vaughn closed the dining establishment in August and said that was driven by all the press the case was getting.

She told her local newspaper at the time that she was repeatedly threatened with killing and that the dining establishment was broke into after accusations were made.

A document filed with the court on Tuesday indicated that Vaughn’s lawyers told the authorities that she would not be there.

Based on the fact that the meeting was caught on security tape, the filing indicated that the case would still go forward.

It also stated that the orders meant to Vaughn, whose name in court paperwork was only written as her initials, weren’t sent.

“Indeed, it has grown obvious to my state, by way of chats via many people who are in relationship with her, that the A.R. is aggressively blocking moves made by his spouse in order to avoid getting to court,” said Ahsens.

The worker was reportedly pushed, so the charge of child abuse stays in place. Three criminal charges against Jackson Mahomes, a younger brother in Chiefs qb Patrick Mahomes, Jr. were dropped on Wednesday.

The charges said that Mahomes grabbed a woman through the neck and hit her toward her will. A deputy district attorney at Johnson County named Megan Ahsens asked the court on Tuesday to throw in three counts in aggravated sexual battery.

Wednesday, Jackson Mahomes attended court, and the charges against himself were dropped. A fourth charge of child abuse is still out there. Jackson Mahomes said he wasn’t guilty of the aforementioned charge.

It was written in the court record who the accused victim was of no assistance. In a talk show, Jackson Mahomes’s lawyer, Brandan Davies, said that the accused “did nothing wrong.” We were confident that the truth was going to come out in the end.

Twenty-three-year-old social media star Jackson Mahomes was first charged via crimes that happened in February 25 within the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in the Kansas City area of Overland Park.

Aspen Vaughn, the restaurant owner, and Mahomes were sitting down when a waitress tried to walk into a room.

Mahomes pushed the waitress. The waiter then left, and police say Mahomes grabbed Williams through the throat and smacked her three times not her permission.

Vaughn told the police That woman liked her sister, but the girl had lived there before and caused trouble, so they told her to leave.

Vaughn said that she quit the restaurant to August in response to all the press the case was getting.

At that moment, the woman told the newspaper Kansas City Star that she had been threatened alongside death and bullied, along with that the restaurant was broke into following the charges were made.

A document filed with the court on Tuesday claimed that Vaughn’s lawyers told the authorities that she would not be there.

Based on the fact that the meeting was caught on security tape, the filing stated that the case would still go forward.

It also said that orders marked for Vaughn, whose name in court paperwork was only written as her initials, hadn’t been sent.

“Indeed, it became evident that the authorities, through conversations with many people who were kept in touch using her, actively defies moves to compel her to refrain from coming to court,” said Ahsens.

The worker was reportedly pushed, so the charge of child abuse stays in place. At least one person from the district attorney’s office wouldn’t say anything.
