He Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) has rejected the claim brought by the Ibiza club SCR Peña Deportiva, relative to the alleged “improper” alignment of Real Valladolid during the match played in the Round of 32 of the Copa del Rey.
This decision joins the one already agreed by the Competition Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), which also negatively resolved the challenge of the party by the Ibizans, and the one taken by the Appeals Committee, which obtained the same result.
The SCR Peña Deportiva denounced the alleged “improper” alignment of soccer player Lucas de Freitas, during the second part of the extension of the match held on January 16 in Santa Eulària.
