The business and labor movements of Eva Cárdenas to follow Feijóo to… La Moncloa?

Eva Cardenas y Alberto Núñez Feijóo are not married but the businesswoman is the person best placed to become first lady and happen to Begoña Gomez as a tenant in La Moncloa. The one who was director of Zara Home between the years 2003 and 2018, in the hands of Paul Island, left his native Galicia in a hurry and running to accompany the father of his son in his race to bring down Peter Sanchez.

But the truth is that for Eva Cárdenas the change has meant much more than a move. The brilliant businesswoman closed her stage last summer as an advisor to Sargadelos, the Galician ceramics company based in the Lugo municipality of Cervo. Few doubt that this decision is linked to the inevitable transfer of the executive to Madrid together with Alberto Núñez Feijóo. Cárdenas, however, still maintains his real estate business, Niebla Azul, very flourishing if we take into account that his assets grow to nearly four million euros.

The Mercantile Registry determines that the balance of the company domiciled in A Coruña is positive. Niebla Azul, the real estate agency that Eva Cárdenas set up with her daughter Gabriela, ended 2021 with assets that increased from 3.5 to 3.86 million euros, although the increase in assets has grown along with the debt of the company, which skyrocketed in one year from 379,000 to 735,000 euros. Niebla Azul’s scope of business as a real estate agency is not limited to Coruña: it also operates in Madrid, which would explain and justify the executive’s presence in the capital. The net worth of the company amounts to 3.1 million euros.

Feijóo’s personal assets exceed one million euros: a current account with just over 157,000 euros, in addition to 97 shares of Telefónica and 2,500 of Inditex. His personal fortune is completed with an investment fund in Abanca of 481,500 euros and a pension plan of just over 190,000 euros. In addition, he also has in his name a house in Madrid and a flat and a garage in Vigo with a cadastral value of just over 230,000 euros. In total, just over 1.2 million.

The personal assets of Eva Cárdenas are not known because, unlike the father of her son, she is not subject to transparency laws. The businesswoman left Inditex in 2018, after fifteen as director of Zara Home, with compensation that would exceed two million euros, according to some estimates. In addition, Cárdenas owns a Moaña house that she acquired in 2019.
