The big games are Jim Harbaugh vs. Tony Petitti, Michigan vs. Penn State, as well as can Ole Miss surprise Georgia?

The big games are Jim Harbaugh vs. Tony Petitti, Michigan vs. Penn State, as well as can Ole Miss surprise Georgia?

Dan Wetzel, Ross Dellenger, and Pat Forde of SI break down the latest clues in the Michigan sign-stealing case and talk about possible punishments that are on the way.

Along with the choice, many fans and teams will be unhappy regardless of what the Big Ten as well as the NCAA do.

More Big Ten coaches are speaking out against Michigan’s sign-stealing scheme, which puts more pressure on commissioner Tony Petitti.

Some people think he might decide before the NCAA does. This level of chaos hasn’t been seen since the Isaac Newton recruiting scandal.

What would happen at additional Big Ten schools in the future if something like this happened again?

The guys talk about how Tony Petitti could change how cheaters are punished for decades to come.

To stay attached to the Wolverines, the most-anticipated game this week is Michigan’s trip to play Penn State.

It’s possible that the issues at Michigan could help Penn State’s defense this Saturday at home, even though both teams have great defenses.

These last few SEC games of the season are going to be tough for Georgia. This weekend they play Ole Miss.

The crew wants to know if the University of Mississippi has a chance to beat Georgia or at least make them less strong before next week’s game against Tennessee.

The second most important game in the SEC this weekend is Tennessee vs. Missouri. Even though this game doesn’t have a lot to do with the playoffs this year, it’s a great example of how a high-stakes play-in game for next year’s expanded playoffs might look like.

An NCAA review is being looked into into the Michigan Wolverines for stealing a sign. It has been said that coach Jim Harbaugh could be suspended, but reports say that Big Ten Commissioner Tony Petitti will wait until the NCAA probe is over before punishing anyone.

Greg Swaim, who works in college football, says that Harbaugh as well as the Wolverines are expected to be fine for the rest of the 2023 season because the NCAA probe is still going on and a decision will take time.

This news will make the other Big Ten Conference members angry, since some of them wanted Tony Petitti to punish the Wolverines quickly.

California’s Santa Ono wrote a letter to Petitti, though, asking him to wait until the review was over to make a decision.

Sources told ESPN that most of the Big Ten coaches were upset about the current signal-stealing investigation into Michigan during a video call in the commissioner Tony Petitti on Wednesday.

During the 90-minute call, Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh was not present for nearly an hour. Harbaugh hung up after the regularly planned Big Ten business to allow the conference’s teams to talk freely about the NCAA’s investigation into Michigan.

Five people who were on the call say that a group of voices told Petitti to do something about Michigan in an email that was described as urgent and emotional.

“The coaches want the members of the Big Ten to take action right now,” a person who was on the call claimed. “What do we need to wait for?” “We know what took place.”

The NCAA is looking into Michigan for almost two weeks now. On October 19, the Big Ten revealed that the NCAA was looking into sign-stealing.

Since then, ESPN has said that Connor Stalions, a staff member at Michigan, became the main focus of the probe. He bought tickets to 12 for 13 Big Ten games in the last three years.

ESPN said that over the last three years, the Stalions bought tickets for greater than 35 games within at least 17 venues.

ESPN said that the Stallion was at the center of the probe on the same day that Michigan suspended him.

An ex-Division III teacher also told ESPN that the Stallion paid him to play video games at several Big Ten schools.
