The 1×1 of PSG: sublime Mbappé

This was the performance of the PSG players in the win against Barça, in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16, at the Camp Nou.

Keylor Navas: He showed his spectacular level by repelling a hand-to-hand with Griezmann in the 15th minute. On Messi's penalty goal, he guessed the Argentine's shot, but was unstoppable when he crashed into the squad. In the second part, he was hardly demanded, but he was correct in all the starts he did.

Florenzi: He was content throughout the first half after an individual marking by Griezmann that left him unnoticed. However, Pochettino released him in the second and was decisive in the 1-2 after taking advantage of a great pass from Paredes.

Marquinhos: It makes little noise, but its level is always spectacular. The Brazilian was the key that started PSG's 1-1 after a wonderful long pass to Kurzawa. Together with Kimpembe, the center-back formed an extraordinary pair and was practically not demanded thanks to his forcefulness in the area.

Kimpembe: Every time he plays with Marquinhos, the Frenchman increases his level exponentially. It was not extremely demanded by Griezmann, nor with Messi, but he solved most of the duels in his area with great force. He had a fairly placid match.

Kurzawa: Involved in Barcelona's goal for a dubious penalty on De Jong, Kurzawa was involved in PSG's goal in the first half and then a great shot from ter Stegen. He held back in the second half to try to stop Dembelé, and he was more than correct.

Mbappé: The French international made one of his best performances since joining PSG. He scored an absolute crack goal in the first half and was a nightmare throughout the game for Barcelona. Ander Herrera: He entered to put out the fire that Gueye had generated in the first half due to his yellow card and the Spaniard gave the balance that PSG always needs in midfield.

Draxler: Pochettino gave him entry because Verratti was warned, but the German gave the feeling of apathy that he has characterized so much in recent years.
