Terelu Campos bursts into tears during her loneliest Holy Week: “It’s being very hard”

The presenter is in Malaga to enjoy her favorite event of the year, Holy Week. A few days that, however, become bittersweet due to absences. Six months after the sad death of Maria Teresa Campos and with Carmen Borrego In Honduras, Terelu is living alone these days and cannot avoid tears when asked about her state of mind: “It’s been very hard for me.”

If this Palm Sunday she was seen alone in the Andalusian city and avoided making statements to the press, this Monday she was reunited with the Captive, Christ of whom her entire family is very devoted: “For me it is obviously being very hard. What happens is that I already said it, I went through a different kind of mourning last year, that “I knew that I would never see Easter again (his mother) and in that way I have also been experiencing, unfortunately, over the last year, delicate moments.”she acknowledged, ensuring that “the most important thing” for her (after her recent hospitalization for pneumonia) is “to have the health to be here.”

Very emotional, Terelu has been unable to hold back her tears and has asked the press to “understand” her pain and the mix of mixed feelings in her first Easter without her mother.

Furthermore, and like a good devotee, Terelu is devastated by the rains that have prevented the procession of the saints in Malaga: “These days are being very sad. It is a shame that the weather is not with us, that all the work is in danger, Right? Of so many people throughout the year. For us, Holy Week is one of the most important moments of the entire year with what it also entails, not only for our faith and our devotion, but it is also an important moment for the economy, for tourism. And, of course, when the weather is not with us everything falls apart and it is a very great shame,” she stated, hoping that the rain will give a truce and her Captive can go out through the streets of Malaga.
