Taylor Swift and Anitta, groundbreaking (and successful) at the American Music Awards 2022

This Sunday were held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles the American Music Awards 2022. Two of the winners of the night were Taylor Swiftwhich took home up to six awards, and Anittawho won the Best Female Latin Artist Award.

the interpreter of Shake It Off, who also swept the MTV Europe Music Awards, held a week ago, won the two big prizes of the night, Artist of the Year and Best Video. These two awards were added to Best Artist and Best Pop Album (Red, Taylor’s Version) and Best Artist and Best Country Album (Red, Taylor’s Version). Swift, 32, in a groundbreaking gold two-piece look, won ahead of other artists like Beyoncé, Adele, Bad Bunny, Drake, Harry Styles y The Weeknd who, along with her, were nominated for Best Artist of the Year.

However, Beyoncé was also one of the winners with three awards: Best Female Artist, Best Album for Renaissance and Best Song. The 41-year-old artist did not attend the ceremony. Other of the winners of the night were Harry Styles (Best Male Pop Artist and Best Pop Song) or Coldplay (Best Artist in Concert), also not present.

One of the great moments of the night was given by Anittawhich, as we have mentioned in previous paragraphs, won the Best Female Latin Artist Award.

The Brazilian, who already dazzled a few weeks ago at the 40 Music Awards dogging Isabel Díaz Ayuso, offered a fantastic performance with the American rapper Missy Elliot. At the photocall, the 29-year-old singer dazzled with a groundbreaking futuristic-style corset and pencil skirt.
