The Nou Estadi, the stadium of the Gimnàstic de Tarragona, hosted this Friday the welcoming ceremony for the 42 participating teams of LaLiga Genuine Santander, the integrative and pioneering football competition in the world.
The return of LaLiga Genuine Santander, launched by LaLiga through its Foundation and made up of teams of people with intellectual disabilities, was hosted by Nàstic.
Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga, and Josep Maria Andreu, president of the Tarragona team, welcomed the 42 teams that will participate in this phase in which the two sports champions and the Fair Play champion will be decided, with the 36 who They were already competing and the 6 that will be added in the new season, who will know first-hand the Genuine project and will enjoy a friendly tournament this weekend.
“You have been waiting for this moment for more than a year, hoping to be able to meet again and do what you do best: play football showing off the values that characterize this league. Enjoy and savor every moment of this weekend,” said Tebas .
