Taberner beats Feliciano and will meet Carreño in Hamburg

Carlos Taberner took the Spanish duel against Feliciano López on Tuesday in the first round of the Hamburg tennis tournament.

The Valencian, 23 years old and number 114 in the world ranking, beat Toledo 6-4, 3-6 and 6-3, in two hours and 9 minutes.

In the second round, Carlos Taberner will meet again with another Spanish player. His next rival will be Pablo Carreño from Gijón, second seeded.
