Sydney achieve their fifth league title

Sydney FC have won the Australian Football League for the fifth time after beating Melbourne City 1-0 this Sunday in the final.

Something in extra time (100m) gave victory to the team led by Steve Corica, with which Sydney revalidates its crown and stands as the team with the most titles ahead of Melbourne Victory (4). The match was played at the Bankwest Stadium in Sydney before 7,500 spectators, the maximum allowed by the authorities for the coronavirus pandemic.
