Swedes David Ahman and Jonatan Hellvig won the last medal in beach volleyball at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games on Saturday, with a 21-10 and 21-13 victory in the final against the German pair formed by Nils Ehlers and Clemens Wickler, in 34 minutes of play.
Before Ahman and Hellvig won this gold at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the Norwegians Anders Berntsen Mol and Christian Sandlie Sorum had won bronze with another quick victory (34 minutes) against the Qataris Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan (21-13 and 21-16).
On their way to the third step of the podium at these Olympics, Anders Mol and Christian Sandlie Sorum had eliminated the Spaniards Pablo Herrera and Adrián Gavira in the quarter-final round (21-16 and 21-17).
