Suárez: with the group, but off the list; Lemar and João, low

Atlético sees the return of its scorer very close. Luis Suárez trained with the group the day before receiving Huesca and he is almost recovered from the muscle injury that has kept him out of combat in the last two games, against Betis (where he was also suspended) and against Eibar. However, Simeone confirmed that this Thursday he will not be there and later it was confirmed that he was out of the call. The objective is Bilbao.

Suárez has 19 league goals and is essential for the final sprint in search of the title. Those who continue to exercise on the sidelines are Lemar and João Félix. The French fell from the list before the game against Eibar due to tendinitis on the back of the left thigh that had already caused his absence against Betis. Simeone said that he hopes to be able to count on Lemar for Sunday if he was not there on Thursday. Same case as João Felix, who suffered a sprained ankle at Benito Villamarín that forced him to be substituted. The Portuguese has trained this Wednesday on the sidelines, and although Simeone said he had options to be called up against Huesca, he has not finally made it to the appointment. “He's making a huge effort,” explained Cholo.

Atlético returned to training yesterday and had two sessions to prepare for the match against Huesca. Cholo tried with an eleven traced to which he beat Eibar 5-0. A forward formed by Correa and Llorente, where the two finished with two doubles and Carrasco, author of the other goal, arriving constantly escorted in the middle by Herrera, Koke and Saúl. In addition, Lodi would remain on the left side. The starting lineup to host Huesca could be made up of: Oblak; Trippier, Savic, Giménez, Lodi; Saúl, Herrera, Koke, Carrasco; Llorente and Correa. The list is completed by Sergio Camello, from Atleti B, and is made up of Oblak, Grbic, Giménez, Savic, Felipe, Hermoso, Trippier, Vrsaljko, Lodi, Kondogbia, Torreira, Herrera, Koke, Saúl, Carrasco, Vitolo, Llorente, Correa, Camello and Dembélé.
