Strong start for Real Madrid and Barça in LaLiga FC Futures

Real Madrid and FC Barcelona started the XXVII LaLiga FC Futures International Tournament this Wednesday, an under-12 category event that brings together the youth teams of 10 LaLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion teams in Maspalomas (Gran Canaria) along with four others. international clubs, as an ideal showcase for the stars of the future.

The merengue team leads Group A after beating their two matches on the opening day against Sevilla FC and UD Las Palmas, 1-0 and 2-0 respectively. Rayo Vallecano also confirmed its presence in the quarterfinals by achieving four points in Group B, thanks to its victory against Juventus and its draw against Villarreal CF. The yellow team will join the Madrid team in the quarterfinals if they win or draw in their duel on Thursday against a 'Juve' team that needs the victory if it wants to stay alive.

Solid start in Group C for Barça, who defeated CD Tenerife 3-0 with a great performance from their striker Mamadou. The Catalans are also assured of qualification and their duel on Thursday against Borussia Dortmund will decide whether it is the Germans or Tenerife who accompany them to the next round.
