Steph Curry Sends Scott Foster a Message Following Chris Paul’s Ejection

Steph Curry Sends Scott Foster a Message Following Chris Paul’s Ejection

The Golden State Warriors guard Chris Paul and NBA referee Scott Foster have a lengthy relationship.

Foster introduced a new chapter to his hatred with Paul by ejecting Paul in Wednesday night’s game against the Phoenix Suns following two rapid technical fouls. The Warriors, unsurprisingly, were not amused.

“I think that we were down by 20 already, therefore we obviously need CP and his vision and how he manages the game,” Warriors star Curry, 31, said in an interview with reporters following the game.

I appreciate it, but I don’t like it. I am aware that he mentioned history and other related topics. Conversation between the referee and the player needs to kind of stay there.

After judge ejected the player, I informed Scott of this. I am aware of specific instances where players go too far.

But I don’t enjoy it when both of them are engaged. When I was viewing it, that was the section that confused me the most. Two guys were conversing and expressing their truths. Just let’s have some basketball.”

Everyone seems to be aware that Foster and Paul have a personal relationship, which shouldn’t influence the official’s decision to call a game.

Curry is aware of this also, but he takes issue further with the notion that Foster and Paul were conversing at the time, which the prominent guard feels shouldn’t have led to an ejection.

We were down by double digits already, I believe. After the loss on Wednesday, Curry told reporters, “We obviously miss [Chris Paul] with his vision and the way he controls the game.”

“I dislike and am grateful for… I am aware of the past and everything; I am aware that Paul said it; nonetheless, when the player plus the referee converse, that dialogue needs to kind of end there.

Foster’s decision to dismiss Paul infuriated Steve Kerr, who expressed his evident annoyance by drawing a technical foul on the Warriors’ coach.

The Warriors’ prospects of winning in the Arizona desert were greatly reduced by Paul’s injury, especially since they were already missing Draymond Green.

Throughout the game, Curry with the Warriors’ starting lineup had trouble getting into a rhythm.

As a result, they trailed by double digits for the majority of the second half, until Golden State’s reserve unit mounted a comeback that reduced Phoenix’s advantage to single digits.

After the game, Curry remarked, “I mean, I think that we were behind double digits already.” “[Chris Paul] is definitely necessary for us because of his leadership and style of game management.

I dislike and am grateful for… I am aware of the past and everything; I am aware that Paul said it; nonetheless, when the player or the referee converse, that dialogue needs to kind of end there. I told Scott Foster my feelings after Paul was expelled.

Kerr said to reporters, “Well, I didn’t think Chris deserved being ejected.” Without a doubt, the first tech.

However, I didn’t think the second item was necessary. Everyone has frustration, after all. However, that is up to the authority.

Due to Draymond Green’s suspension, Golden State was already down a man, and even though the game was tight in the end, the visiting team lacked the strength to defeat the Suns, who had Kevin Durant & Devin Booker playing at their peak.

Following the defeat, Curry told reporters, “We obviously needed [Paul] plus his leadership and the way that manages the game.” “While I respect Foster’s decision, I don’t like it.”

I am aware of the past and everything. Conversations between the referee and the player must kind of be there. That’s what I told Scott after he kicked him out.
