Stefano Pioli, Milan coach, positive for COVID-19

AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli has tested positive for coronavirus, although he has no symptoms, and is confined to his home, the Italian club confirmed this Saturday. “AC Milan announces that Stefano Pioli has tested positive after a rapid test carried out this morning. The health authorities have been informed and the coach, who currently has no symptoms, has entered quarantine at his home,” confirmed the 'Rossonera' entity it's a statement.

Further, has reported that the rest of the tests carried out on the members of the first team, both footballers and technical staff, as well as the rest of the staff have given “negative”. Despite everything, this Saturday's training session has been canceled.

AC Milan, current leaders of Serie A (17) with two points of income over Sassuolo, will resume training this Monday to prepare for their next game against Napoli, which will be played on Sunday 22 after the FIFA window ends.
