Spain is drawn with Slovakia, Italy and Romania in the European men’s under-21

MADRID, 3 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish men’s soccer team has been drawn this Tuesday with the teams of Slovakia, Italy and Romania in Group A of the final phase of the next European Under-21 Championship, which will be held in Slovakia from June 11 to 28, 2025. .

Against the hosts, the ‘Azzurra’ and the Romanians, the ‘Rojita’ will seek the sixth continental title in its history in this category, being the current runner-up after losing against England in the final of the tournament that was held in the summer of 2023 in Romania and Georgia.

A video speech by Aleksander Ceferin, president of UEFA, began the draw for the new edition and gave way to actress Vera Wisterová to present the event from the Reduta Building in Bratislava, home of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra.
