Sonsoles Onega has spoken about one of the controversies of recent days, that of Cristina Pedroche and her postpartum message.
It must be remembered that the presenter of Password and the Campanadas of Antena 3, who gave birth to little Laia last Friday, July 14, posted some images in a bikini this weekend to show off her rapid recovery after childbirth.
“Three weeks and two days postpartum. There is no luck or miracles here, there is a lot of preparation before and during pregnancy. Healthy living, sports, healthy food and meditation,” she wrote in the publication.
Social networks, both Twitter and Instagram, became a real hotbed. Some users recalled that with a comfortable economic position and quality time it is more bearable to carry out the entire process, from prepartum, delivery and postpartum. In short, they blamed her for not living a real maternity like that of the vast majority of women.
The presenter of And now Sonsoles, on the other hand, does not understand the negative criticism of her chain partner. This Monday she shared a post on Instagram giving her opinion.
“The mess for nothing. I do not quite understand the mess that has been made with the photo of Cristina Pedroche and her body three weeks after giving birth to her baby. Well, actually, it is not easy to understand the monumental messes for nothing. Nothing begins to be a concept, a category, a theme,” he wrote.
The communicator positively values the path that Pedroche followed before the birth. For months, Dabiz Muñoz’s wife shared the techniques that she was following to carry a good pregnancy, such as hypnobirthing. She was also pre-aware about postpartum.
On all this, Fernando Ónega’s daughter added in her post: “In the photo of the recovery of Cris’s body there are many valuable lessons that I would like to have had at hand during my pregnancies and recoveries from caesarean sections. But there was no social networks or it was not so easy to learn from those who have learned before you.
For all this, he praises Cristina: “Pedroche is like rights. They have to exist, but they are not an obligation. That is, I like that there are aunts like her, but it is not an obligation to be like her. I don’t know if I explain”.
Ónega also defends the healthy lifestyle habits that Pedroche promotes: “I have arrived late to sports and good nutrition (…) Those of us who work have (at most) one hour free for ourselves and it gives us I don’t know what to dedicate to it. Error. I’ve learned that too at 45. No one will do it for you. Not your kids, not your boyfriend, girlfriend or whatever you have.”
In this sense, she adds along with a photo of herself running through the park: “I would like to exercise like Cristina, but I can’t. There are a thousand reasons and I suppose a thousand excuses. I’ll settle for jogging, doing some weights and some haircuts more than I see on social networks. In Cris’s, too. So, thank you”, he has sentenced.
Pedroche herself defended herself this Sunday night from the criticism received in recent days: “It’s exhausting having to explain everything I do and always having to receive all this hate. It’s my fault for sharing, I didn’t think it was going away to mess all this up.”
