Sinner continues to rise and wins the title in Rotterdam

MADRID, 19 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner maintained his great form and took the title in the Rotterdam tournament (Netherlands), while the Argentine Facundo Díaz, in Buenos Aires, also lifted the champion trophy this Sunday.

The Australian Open champion continues without letting up and after his first 'Grand Slam' in Melbourne, he also did not fail in his return to action on the indoor fast court in Rotterdam where he added his twelfth title by beating the Australian Alex de Miñaur, fifth seeded, in two sets 7-5, 6-4.

The Italian tennis player, 22 years old and who started as the first seed, chained his fifteenth consecutive victory, which also serves to place him in third place in the ATP ranking this Monday, the highest position of a player of his country in this world ranking.
