In the business world, Revuelta is an old acquaintance and what Americans call a self-made man. At 77 years old, he created an entire empire of diet and healthy living by founding Naturhouse in 1992, a revolutionary system for weight loss that currently has 400 stores in Spain and more than 1,500 franchises. Father of two children, Revuelta suffered the loss of his wife, Luisa, after an illness, and all his friends knew of his sadness and the fight they had maintained throughout the illness.

For her part, Silvia Gómez Cuétara, who has also experienced her particular battle to overcome a serious health problem, has already completed one year since her breakup with the Mexican businessman of Asturian origin. Juan Antonio Pérez Simónwith whom he had a relationship of more than 13 years.
