They allege that Rodolfo Sancho's son was the subject of alleged threats and harassment by the victim. Sancho has pleaded not guilty to two of the three crimes of which the Prosecutor's Office accuses him, premeditated murder and destruction of other people's documentation (in reference to Arrieta's passport).
