Sevilla have six consecutive away victories for the first time in history

The victory that Sevilla achieved this Tuesday at the Mestalla against Valencia (0-1) is a record in the history of the Andalusian team, since it meant a streak of six consecutive wins away from home, an unprecedented mark in the team's competitive career of Sánchez Pizjuán and that he has made possible with Julen Lopetegui in the direction.

Suso's goal in the final stretch of the match is the culmination of a series of triumphs away from Nervión that began in Krasnodar (1-2) in the Champions League and continued in Huesca (0-1) in the League, against Rennes (1-3) again in the Champions League, in Getafe (0-1) in the league tournament and followed by Ciudad de Lucena (0-3) in the Copa del Rey.

The Sevilla team has equaled their mark of three league victories away from home, a record that last season they had also achieved with Lopetegui, when they beat Espanyol, Granada and Alavés at the start of the championship. The first time that Sevilla in the League added three victories as visitors was in the 04-05 season with Joaquín Caparrós, already in the final stretch of that year, when between March and April 2005 he achieved a nine out of nine in Mallorca, Montjuic and San Mamés.
