Setback for López Madrid: Dr. Elisa Pinto, exonerated after the businessman’s complaint for threats

News in the case of Elisa Pintothis time because of the complaint that he filed Javier Lopez Madrid for alleged threats and harassment. The Court of Instruction number 26 of Madrid has filed the proceedings opened against the doctor.

“From the numerous investigative procedures, there are no indications of the participation of Elisa Pinto Romero and the commission of the crime does not appear duly justified,” the instructor says. Concepcion Jerez.

In this sense, the magistrate of the Investigating Court number 26 of Madrid adds: “There are no indications that Elisa Pinto had participated in sending the numerous messages, SMS and calls that Lopez Madrid claims to have received.”

The arguments for exonerating the dermatologist are several: “The content and expressions used in the numerous messages that the complainant provides as received contain derogatory and insulting references to the investigated and with references to the actions denounced by her. Therefore, it must be excluded from participating”.

In addition, it points out that the telephone provided by López Madrid “has been manipulated before it was delivered to the court.” Therefore, he sees “clear bad faith” on the part of the employer.

The case of alleged harassment of Dr. Pinto

At the beginning of October, López Madrid, a former buddy-yogi of Queen Letizia and a childhood friend of Felipe VI, and Villarejo were already determined to go to trial for the alleged case of harassment of Pinto. The doctor denounced the facts for the first time more than eight years ago.

The opening of the oral trial against López Madrid and Villarejo was dictated by the court number 39 of Madrid by the instructor Belén Sánchez. The Prosecutor’s Office asks for each one 13 years and two months in prison. The private prosecution, for its part, requests up to 22. Another piece, the feminist association Clara Campoamor, through popular action, requests fourteen years for the businessman.

The judge sees indications to try López Madrid and Villarejo for harassing and stabbing Elisa Pinto. She considers that there are sufficient indications of criminality to try Villarejo as the alleged perpetrator of the stabbing suffered by Elisa Pinto on April 10, 2014 in the presence of her underage son, and also to try the businessman for harassment and threats. .

In Villarejo’s house, recordings made by himself were found in which he alluded to “the doctor that I stabbed” in conversations with people close to him, to whom he explains verbatim how he is going to resolve the issue of López Madrid: “I’ll talk to him, with Javierito, put a little bit of pasta, because you have put me in a ’embolao’…”. A couple of years ago, the judge decreed the end of the investigation, proposing to judge both.

However, with the passage of time everything changed, they became good friends and even encouraged to practice yoga together. This was confirmed by the messages that came to light between the two in 2016, causing a great stir.
