Sergio Ramos explodes live against a fan: “Have respect and shut up now”

MADRID, 4 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Sevilla defender Sergio Ramos interrupted his interview after Thursday's defeat against Athletic Club to silence a fan in the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stands.

“Have a little respect, we're talking. Respect the people and the shield, we're talking. Respect the people and shut up now,” the Sevilla captain said loudly this Thursday, during his interview with Dazn.

Ramos stopped the intervention to reproach a fan who was swearing at him a few meters away. “You have to put up with everything, but hey, it's the situation, we understand people's frustration, a long time without giving them any joy,” he said, after a clear defeat that leaves them one point away from the relegation zone.

“We suffer it more than anyone. You have to give up everything and that's what people demand of you. You have to endure and be patient, we will try to continue working and give them joy,” he added.
