Vctor Snchez del Amo, dismissed on January 11 as coach of the Mlaga for “disciplinary causes” after the dissemination of a last video his sexual content through social networks and being a victim of an extortion, claims in his lawsuit against the club the nullity of his dismissal and readmission in the post.

As an act prior to the possible trial for this lawsuit, the technician and Mlaga have been summoned on February 19 for the act of conciliation between the parties, in which Vctor Snchez also claim a compensation of 600,000 euros for moral damages, sources close to the coach confirmed.

The Madrid technician was fired by Mlaga for “disciplinary causes” and for “serious damage caused to the institution“Four days after he was removed from his duties, on January 7, until the facts related to the dissemination of a private video of his sexual nature were clarified without his consent.

Before being removed from his duties, the technician had denounced to the Police that he was being the victim of harassment and extortion and shortly after, on the 7th, the diffusion of the aforementioned video, facts for which the National Police and a Malaga court keep an investigation open.

After his dismissal, Vctor Snchez del Amo was replaced on the bench of Mlaga by Sergio Pellicer, which until then trained the subsidiary team and continues in the position on an interim basis.
