Vctor Snchez asks for the nullity of his dismissal and his readmission in the coach position
The National Police has arrested six people linked to the diffusion of the video of intimate and sexual character of the former coach of Mlaga, Vctor Snchez del Amo, who was removed from office by the club because of those images.
To the person from Genil Bridge (Cordoba), who was arrested for publish on the social network Twitter the aforementioned video, five detainees are added more than, allegedly, spread the video through the messenger network WhatsApp, police sources have reported.
The Cybercrime Group of the Provincial Commissary of Mlaga carries out the investigation of the broadcast and, in addition to what was posted on twitter, found traces of diffusion of the video through WhatsApp.
The Mlaga technician claims the entity led by Sheikh Qatar Abdullah Bin Nasser Al Thani to declare null dismissal, compensation for 600,000 euros for moral damages and readmission to his job.
Snchez del Amo was fired last January 11 by Mlaga through an official statement that ensured that the removal of the technician was based “on disciplinary causes, in accordance with applicable regulations.”
The Madrid, who was removed from his duties four days before, on January 7, had previously denounced before the Police that he was being victim of harassment and extortion.
After his dismissal, Vctor Snchez del Amo was replaced on the bench of Mlaga by Sergio Pellicer, who until then trained his subsidiary and continued in the position on an interim basis.
