In all countries of the world, millions of children and young people dream of becoming professional footballers and becoming like the great stars of this sport (Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi, Mbappé …). To do this, they dedicate a great deal of time, effort and financial resources during their childhood and adolescence to reach that goal. However, only very few achieve that dream.

To solve this problem, the Scouz by AS project. A project that allows through its digital platform available on iOS and Android to connect young players with scouts and scouts from the different academies of elite clubs, regardless of origin or social status, thus democratizing the recruitment of talent.

Is good for young promises (between 6 and 20 years old), who can upload to this platform videos showing their skills so scouts and headhunters have the option of viewing them from anywhere in the world and without having to travel. The structure of the platform

Scouz is divided into two different applications: Scouz player and Scouz Pro.

The first (Scouz Player) is intended for players. Here they can create their gamer profile, add videos to it to show their talents, view other players’ skills and videos, etc. So they will become part of the largest community of talented soccer players in the world!

On the other hand, there is Scouz Pro, which is intended for scouts and clubs.. In this application they can access the database of the platform’s players and thus discover talent. They can also access the management application to digitize their work (reports, evaluations, personal calendar …).

What’s more, Scouz by AS, together with CIFAL MÁLAGA, UNITAR-UN international leadership training center, they work aligned to achieve solutions that integrate grassroots sport and the education of boys and girls as an instrument towards values that promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), which are framed in the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (UN).
