How did your signing for Málaga come about?? “I had one more year on my contract in Japan but I terminated my contract and I was in Serbia. It all happened very quickly. In less than a day we did it all. I spoke with Manolo Gaspar (the sports director) and it was all very fast ”.

Did you know the situation of the club? “Yes, I knew everything about how the club was. I followed the Spanish league a lot and the truth is that I knew what it was about ”. What did you offer me? “He appeared and just by saying the name of the club at that time … I was without a club and the sports director of Malaga calls you, although it is as it is, it is still a big club. I was very happy to hear everything he offered me, it was not difficult to accept the proposal. I spoke with my agent and then Manolo called me when he had already said yes ”.
