San Fernando won 2-1 against UCAM Murcia during the meeting held this Saturday at the Iberoamericano 2010. San Fernando arrived at the meeting with strengthened spirits after winning the last two games of the competition. The most recent was against Barcelona B away from home (0-2) and the other against At. Sanluqueño in his fiefdom (3-1) and at the moment he had a streak of four consecutive victories. Regarding the visiting team, UCAM Murcia won their last match in the tournament 2-0 against Algeciras. With this defeat, UCAM Murcia was in sixteenth position at the end of the game, while San Fernando is sixth.
The first part of the game started in a positive way for San Fernando, who inaugurated the light thanks to a goal from Francis Ferrón in the 21st minute, ending the first half with a 1-0 score.
In the second half came the goal for the Murcian team, who put the tables with a goal from Xemi’s eleven meters in the 60th minute. However, the island team in the 75th minute advanced their team thanks to a goal from Juanmi Callejón , thus ending the match with a final score of 2-1.
In the chapter on changes, the San Fernando players who entered the game were Dopico, Juan Rodriguez and Verge replacing Agüero, Francis Ferrón and Juanmi Callejón, while the UCAM Murcia changes were Josema and Caballero, who entered to replace to Tropi and Liberto.
A total of five yellow cards and one red card were seen in the match. On behalf of the locals, a yellow card was shown to Dionkou, Marc Carbó, Ayala and Biabiany and a red card to Biabiany (2 yellows). For its part, the visiting team was cautioned with yellow to Xemi.
