Samantha Vallejo-Nágera takes 80,000 euros a month from TVE for ‘Masterchef’

The leaking of the salaries of some of the TVE stars has raised blisters and more among those who do not make ends meet. The data corresponds to 2022, when La 1 only programmed Masterchef once a week. Now there are two. That means, assuming that their salaries have not been raised, that the culinary talent presenters, with a cache of 10,000 euros per night, have gone from taking 40,000 euros a month to 80,000. Between Samantha Vallejo-Nágera, Jordi Cruz and Pepe Rodríguez, they add up to a minimum of 270,000 euros. In addition, it must be taken into account that throughout the year they present the Senior edition, the Celebrity and the Christmas specials.

These are not the only data that have come to light. The humorist Eva Soriano received 11,000 euros for each program that she presented on TVE de the night D., an entertainment space that the public channel broadcast in prime time until last year. Soriano was the host of the third and final season, which had ten installments. The comedian, now on Movistar Plus+, is at the top of the ranking of the highest paid presenters on TVE, followed by the judges of Masterchef.

These figures, published by the daily Public and corresponding to the 2021-2022 season, they are the largest of a list that includes a total of 15 presenters who work for the public channel as external personnel, either with artistic contracts with RTVE or signed through the production companies. Therefore, house staff are not included.

Javier Ruiz received 5,000 euros for each program of The keys of the 21st century (23 deliveries), while Alaska earns 4,000 euros for each Saturday afternoon in neighborhood cinema. Santiago Segura pockets 2,200 euros for each program that he announces Journey to the center of TV. Behind is Anne Igartiburu: 1,550 euros for each of the emissions of Heart. At 1,500 euros are Sergio and Javier Torres (small towers).
