Arsenal midfielder Bukayo Saka tested positive for Covid and left the concentration of the English team, which prepares its friendlies on Saturday against Switzerland and on Tuesday against the Ivory Coast. This was confirmed on Thursday by the English Football Federation (FA).
Saka had been in isolation since Wednesday and has already returned to his home. The FA itself has stated that England manager Gareth Southgate will not call up any other player to replace Saka. Southgate has 24 players in the St. George’s Park camp.
