Sainz gets on the podium, Alonso shines and Russell opens in Sao Paulo

MADRID, 13 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) climbed to the podium this Sunday at the Brazilian Grand Prix, the penultimate round of the World Cup, a very attractive race, with a bit of everything, which left the first victory of the British George Russell and the double Mercedes, while Fernando Alonso (Alpine) was fifth.

The appointment in Interlagos did not disappoint one more year. Anything can happen in Sao Paulo and everything changed from the start with a safety car. The strategy went into action, the team orders, the accounts for the runner-up, the request for “respect” between teammates, until another new and regrouped race of 10 laps, for another ‘safety’.
