Sabadell and the City Council share the joy for the promotion to Second Division A and we congratulate the team for their effort, tenacity and the result obtained.
Given the spontaneous celebrations that took place last night on the streets of the city, together we appeal to the individual responsibility of each one when respecting the safety instructions of the health authorities. We are at a critical moment regarding the proliferation of regrowths in different parts of the country, and it is of vital importance to respect the safety distance, the obligation to wear a mask and in any case avoid concentrations, crowds or other situations of risk.
For all that, and in an exercise of joint responsibility, there will be no official celebration of any kind. There will be no public call, tour or collective celebration.
We all share the joy of this sporting success and in other circumstances the club would offer victory and promotion to the city in a festive way, but the delicate health situation in the country forces us to rule out any celebration of this type.
On behalf of the entire city, the City Council will receive, behind closed doors, a delegation from the team. Municipal groups will be present ”.
