Rublev and Bautista leave the Andalucía Open

The AnyTech 365 Andalucía Open line-up has been diminished in the last hours as a result of what happened at the Masters 1,000 in Miami. Roberto Bautista and Andrey Rublev, two of the great names that were originally to be pronounced next week at the Puente Romano club in Marbella, have finally dropped from the list of participants.

The reason is that both have had a good tournament in Florida, reaching the semifinals (the Italian Sinner and the polco Hurkacz were their executioners) and they want to take a little break before facing the clay court season, which will have its first major event at the Monte Carlo Masters 1,000 from next day 10.

Despite these two significant losses (to which we must add others of less importance such as Lajovic, Gasquet, Andújar or Norrie), the Andalusia Open team continues to be very powerful. Alexander Zverev, Fabio Fognini or the Spaniards Carreño, Ramos, Feliciano López, Davidóvich and Alcaraz will be in Marbella lands in the coming days.
