Rubi: “I agree to play badly and win”

Almería visits El Alcoraz next Sunday (6:00 p.m.) with the need to win to continue in direct promotion after having achieved just one victory in the last four days. “We are going to a difficult field to play against a very good team. We want to get the three points. We need to maintain the defensive implication that we had in Tenerife, but generating more in attack”affirms a Rubi aware that the important thing is to score more goals than the opponent. “Anyone would sign to play badly and win”highlights the rojiblanco coach.

Of course, the Vilasar de Mar coach points out that they will not win or lose by simple luck. “You can have luck in bingo or in the casino; what can take us to the First Division is going to be our work and what to do on the field, not luck”, he asserts before his return to Huesca. “All my gratitude for the treatment they gave me there. I lived a magical year,” she points out, while praising his next level. “He rushes his options to aspire to promotion promotion, so a great atmosphere in El Alcoraz. In 16 games he has managed to keep a clean sheet, which shows how well he has worked. He has quality and experience, players with a long history in football who know how to handle the different situations that arise. If we get good results, we will reach the end with a lot of confidence and optimism”, he concludes.

Sadiq joins the group

Umar Sadiq joined Almería’s training sessions this Friday, arriving in good condition as Rubi himself pointed out. The Nigerian striker will be in Huesca, where he will start, after arriving in Almeria on Thursday afternoon once his team has played the qualifying tie for the World Cup against Ghana (The Eagles fell for the double value of the goals away home in case of a tie). For its part, Ramazani remains in doubt due to some discomfort in the knee, assuring the Almería coach that will wait until the last moment to make a decision together with the medical services of the rojiblanco club and the footballer himself.
