Rodrigo Conde and Aleix García, world runners-up in double sculls

MADRID, 25 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish rowers Rodrigo Conde and Aleix García have been proclaimed runners-up in the world after finishing second in the double scull final (M2x) at the Rowing World Championship, which is being held in Racice (Czech Republic), and give the second medal of the appointment to Spain.

The riders from Pontevedra and Girona were third in practically the entire course of the regatta course, and it was in the last 500 meters of the 2,000 total that they came back to finally win the silver medal with a time of 6:10.52.
