Rodolfo Sancho charges against Mediaset to defend his son: court date

The criminal proceedings against Daniel Sancho In Thailand he is going through a decisive moment and both his parents and his lawyers try to protect him in every possible way. That’s why, Rodolfo Sancho has hired a new law firm, Averum Abogados, which joins those of Balfagón-Chippirrás and Marcos García-Montes, to defend the public image of his first-born son.

According to EFE, the new lawyers have already taken the first step to put an end to “the constant disclosure of information belonging to Daniel’s strict privacy” and “unfounded news” that has no connection with the criminal process. On December 14, a hearing will be held in the court of first instance number 56 in Madrid, where the Sancho’s new defense will ask the judge to stop said information from Mediaset.

Rodolfo Sancho’s objective is to protect his son’s right to privacy and honor and put an end to information that “only seeks morbidity and sensationalism” and that harms his legal defense in Thailand. Furthermore, as explained by lawyer Mario Bonacho, it has been decided to take action against the Fuencarral network for being “the media outlet that has most invaded Daniel’s private sphere during these months.”

Silvia Bronchalo’s statement

The news came this Friday afternoon, coinciding with the first statement from Silvia Bronchalo. Through her lawyers, Daniel’s mother has publicly offered her condolences to Edwin Arrieta’s family and has stated that her only interest and concern is “the well-being of her son.” They also add that Silvia “has not tried, in any way, to hinder or interfere” in Daniel’s legal defense and requests that the information about her family relationship cease.
