Real Madrid announced the renewal of Spanish defender Rocío Gálvez until 2026, strengthening the project for the next season with the most important players of recent campaigns, after renewing Athenea del Castillo last week.
“We have agreed to extend Rocío Gálvez’s contract until 2026,” the white team wrote this Thursday on their ‘X’ social network account. Madrid added another message with the player posing with a shirt with the number 2026 in reference to her renewal.
The 27-year-old Andalusian arrived at Real Madrid in 2021 from Levante and has become a fundamental lock for Alberto Toril’s eleven. The white team, which experienced a failed season especially in the Champions League, hopes to return to the fray next year, for which it intends to renew its most decisive players, as it already did with Athenea.
