Rocío Carrasco, defeated in the Supreme Court by Olga Moreno: the costs accumulate

Bad news for the daughter of The Greatest, who has finally lost the legal battle against Olga Moreno. He supreme court issued a ruling on Monday regarding the two appeals filed by Rocio Carrasco against the ex of Anthony David for an interview he gave to a magazine in 2016 and has dismissed both, closing the case definitively and condemning the woman of Fidel Albiac to pay the costs of the process, which are close to 50,000 euros.

Carrasco has already exhausted all avenues. The Provincial Court, in the first and second instance, has already agreed with Moreno and now it is the Supreme Court that dismisses the two appeals filed by Rocío, the extraordinary appeal for procedural infraction and the appeal for cassation. This has been confirmed by two of the lawyers from his firm, almudena rodriguez y David Esteban: “We have asked Olga for authorization to be able to tell you about the good news, but we are not going to comment anything else about the sentence”, they said on the YouTube channel ‘Derecho al corazón’. This battle (which is already the third between the two) has come to an end and Rocío will have to pay legal costs, which could reach 50,000 euros.

Carrasco does not raise his head and the bills begin to accumulate, since it is not the first cause that he has lost this month. On the 3rd, he also lost in the Supreme Court, this time against Raquel Mosquera, whom he had sued for an interview in Deluxe in 2016. The complainant appealed to her right to honor but the court considered that the widow’s freedom of expression prevailed and that Carrasco is a public figure who also grants interviews to different media. This was the first of the four lawsuits that Rocío filed against Mosquera and everything indicates that she will establish jurisprudence and the rest will follow the same path: defeat for Carrasco.
