Former Spanish soccer player Robert Fernández is out of danger after being operated on after suffering a heart attack on Saturday, Villarreal confirmed this Sunday, in which he played as a player between 1995 and 1999.
“A lot of strength, Robert Fernández! The former yellow player suffered a heart attack yesterday, although he is safe and right now he is recovering in the hospital,” Villarreal said on his social networks along with a photo of the former soccer player in his hospital bed where is entered.
The 60-year-old former player from Castellón was a member of FC Barcelona -of which he was sports director between 2015 and 2018 under the presidency of Josep Maria Bartomeu-, Valencia, Castellón, Villarreal and Córdoba, where he hung up his boots in 2001 .
