The General Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Granada Club de Fútbol, which met telematically in Los Cármenes, unanimously approved all the items on the agenda provided in the call. The team's budget is close to 70 million euros. This is an approximate amount that may vary depending on the future of the season. The summit was chaired by the new club president Rentao Yi.
These were the items on the agenda:
1-Examination and, where appropriate, approval of the annual accounts
2. Examination and, where appropriate, approval of the budget for the current season, 2020-2021
3-Sports situation
4-Delegation of powers
5-Questions and answers
6-Drafting, reading and approval, where appropriate, of the minutes.
The session was chaired by Rentao Yi, who was named president at the Extraordinary Meeting on September 16 in place of John Jiang, who was relegated to the position of “honorary president.” Yi is also the president of DDMC; the company that manages the club.
This summit was attended by the entire Board of Directors, with the assistance of Counselor Yu Lingxiao and Counselor and Secretary Sophia Yang; as well as the representation of minority shareholders, exercised by Mariano de Damas and José Guerrero. The general director Antonio Fernández Monterrubio was also there.
The figures did not transcend, but Granada moves by budgetary scales of around 70 million euros. The cost-staff limit is 56.4 million euros. Granada continues to grow despite the bad times of the pandemic.
