Renato Tapia’s injury, just a scare

The MRI performed by Celta’s medical services on midfielder Renato Tapia reveals that the Peruvian international suffers “a slight sprain” of the internal lateral ligament of his left knee, the Galician entity reported on Tuesday.

Tapia, who could not play last Saturday against Real Sociedad, is doing individual work, but the club’s medical services hope that “throughout the week” he will join the group.

The celestial midfielder was injured during the Copa del Rey match played last Wednesday against Atlético Baleares.
