The leader of League F, FC Barcelona, remains undefeated in the competition by beating Real Sociedad (0-6) this Sunday in the early match of matchday 16, while Real Madrid has surpassed Atlético de Madrid (1-2) to consolidate their position in second position in the table and bottom club Valencia has sealed its first victory of the league season against Levante (0-1).
In the duel ahead of the dispute at the end of the month of the Spanish Super Cup, the azulgranas started 2025 in the best way thanks to Ewa Pajor and Salma Paralluelo, authors of a hat-trick and a double, respectively, in Zubieta, where Aitana Bonmatí closed the victory.
The Pole opened the score after six minutes by taking advantage of an assist from the Zaragoza player, who was in charge of scoring the second at half an hour. Just before the break, Pajor made it 0-3 for Pere Romeu’s team.

In a first half in which the Nigerian Rasheedat Ajibade and Linda Caicedo showed themselves as the most dangerous players, it was the Colombian who got the prize just before going to the locker room in an action in which she took advantage of a good pass from Caroline Weir (min .44).
Caicedo herself also generated the play in the second half in which Gabriela García ended up putting the ball into her own goal to increase the white advantage (min.53), before Silvia Lloris closed the gap with a shot that escaped the Misa Rodríguez (min.65). However, the victory was for Madrid.
Finally, in the postponed match on matchday 9, Valencia, last ranked, achieved its first win of the season against Levante in the Valencian derby at the Ciutat (0-1). After missing a penalty in the 70th minute, the ‘che’ team managed to make up for it with a goal from Marina Martí in the 80th minute that was enough to get the three points.
