Real Madrid will celebrate their League title this Saturday afternoon at the Cibeles fountain, their historic meeting place with the fans on title days, after receiving the trophy at the Santiago Bernabéu with a 4-0 win over Espanyol.
The white team confirmed through a statement that the party in Cibeles will not wait, since when the lap of honor and the celebration at the Bernabéu end, the team will go to meet thousands of fans in the center of the capital.
Real Madrid won their 35th league title this Saturday, on matchday 34 of LaLiga Santander, four before the end of the Championship. Marcelo and Benzema raised the cup and the party for the title began on the pitch, with the lap of honour, sharing the moment with the full stands and families.
The boss was not lacking either, a Carlo Ancelotti who on his return to Madrid achieved the only major league that he lacked in Europe. Marcelo, the most successful player in the history of Madrid with 24 titles, tried to act as director of the celebration, organizing his teammates in the dance in the center of the field and the visit to all corners of the Bernabéu lawn.
